Why this matters
Windows 10 support ended in October 2025. PCs still running Windows 10 are no longer receiving security patches — meaning each month that passes increases the risk of malware, ransomware and exploits targeting known vulnerabilities.
Without ongoing security updates, Windows 10 machines become progressively more vulnerable to known exploits. For home computers this is a real risk; for business machines it can create liability and data exposure issues.
Not every PC can run Windows 11. The main requirements are TPM 2.0, a compatible 64-bit processor, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. We check your specific machine before any upgrade work starts.

Quick check before you call
Windows 11 requires a compatible 64-bit processor (8th-gen Intel Core or newer, or AMD Ryzen 2000 series or newer as a rough guide), 4GB RAM minimum, 64GB storage, TPM 2.0 chip and UEFI Secure Boot support.
Most PCs manufactured from 2018 onward meet these requirements. Many 2016–2017 machines do not, even if they feel modern enough to use. The processor model is usually the deciding factor.
