Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a visit cost?
We charge a call out fee that includes the first block of on-site time, then a simple hourly rate. We always explain costs before going ahead with work.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes. For many software and email problems it is quicker and cheaper to connect remotely to your computer and fix things without a visit.
Can you help my small business?
Yes. We support small offices with computers, networking, basic servers, Microsoft 365 and general day to day IT issues.
Is data recovery always successful?
No data recovery is guaranteed, especially with badly damaged drives, but we can usually give you a good idea of your chances after an initial assessment.
